He worked on architectural and landscape engravings and was also a drawing master at Eton College. His works were featured in various publications, including Charles Wild’s studies on cathedrals. Biography artist: Giovanni Battista Cipriani RA (1727-1785) was an Italian painter and engraver who lived in England from 1755. He became a founding member of the Royal Academy and was known for his decorative paintings, allegorical scenes, and collaboration with engraver Francesco Bartolozzi.
